You can come here to recruit soldiers too and if you are a neutral soldier looking for an army to join, search for them here. If you want to have ‘Summit Meetings’ or other meetings with army officials, you can request them here. There will be hints, tips and army news/other news once in a while too. Peace treaties can be done here and alliances can be requested and approved officially. Even wars can be declared. If you want to get people’s attention, this is the place! If you want things organized and straight, this is the place!
