    Hi everyone. Welcome to the Club Penguin WWANC (World Wide Army Negotiation Center). This site will let you have an easier way for having meetings or talking to other soldiers from different armies. It is like a trade center. You can advertise your armies or announce them here. It will also be easy for neutral soldiers to find the army they wish to join. Greetings to all armies!

Welcome to the WWANC. Here is a site where you can negotiate with other armies easily. If you have just created an army, you can advertise it here. You can come here to recruit soldiers too and if you are a neutral soldier looking for an army to join, search for them here. If you want to have ‘Summit Meetings’ or other meetings with army officials, you can request them here. There will be hints, tips and army news/other news once in a while too. Peace treaties can be done here and alliances can be requested and approved officially. Even wars can be declared. If you want to get people’s attention, this is the place! If you want things organized and straight, this is the place!

Hope all you armies and army officials negotiate well!
